Angeline Hood - Owner and Tutor
Originally from San Diego, Angeline lived in the Tri-Cities for over nine years before relocating to Vancouver in summer 2019. In California, she worked with several nonprofits, assisting individuals with job training. Between 2010 and 2014 Angeline worked for two tutoring companies, as well as tutoring privately before creating Eclipse Tutoring.
Angeline completed her Bachelor degree at Heritage University in mathematics, with a secondary teaching certification in 2015. She attained an upper percentile score of 284 out of 300 on the required WEST-E exam, showcasing her mastery of mathematics. Angeline taught high school math at Kamiakin High School within the Kennewick School District for four years. In 2019 she completed her Master of Science in mathematics at Montana State University with an emphasis in math education. She currently teaches high-school math within the Portland School District. Angeline has experience with various ages and backgrounds, including persons with disabilities. She has a passion for languages (with knowledge in Spanish, French, and German,) a love for mathematics, and is an avid reader. In her leisure Angeline enjoys writing and doing puzzles.

Pam Bisconer - Primary Regional Tutor
Pam is originally from North Dakota but has lived in Washington State for many years. She received her Bachelor degree in business and communications from the University of Washington, and is an avid Huskies football fan. Pam studied human resource management at Seattle Pacific University and graduated with a Master degree in HR. Pam was in honors math and English in high school. She is in the midst of her eighth year of tutoring and loves helping students learn. She also mentors middle school age children through United Way. In her spare time, Pam enjoys hiking, working out, dancing, water skiing, and tennis.
Daniel Lara - Tutor
Daniel grew up in Maple Valley, Washington, a small western Washington city, although he is originally from Corona, California. He recently received his Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering along with minors in both mathematics and business administration at Washington State University – Tri-Cities. Daniel has always held a passion for teaching others new skills and providing insight, particularly in the fields of science and mathematics. His wish is to help educate the next generation so that they may succeed in their endeavors. In his spare time, you might find him cooking, attending one of the many school clubs or striving to expand his own knowledge.
Alex Bell - Tutor
Originally born in the Tri-Cities, Alex grew up in the Midwest state of Illinois, not too far from the windy city of Chicago. He has spent the previous five years as a substitute teacher for the Kennewick School District, including serving as a reading specialist for two schools. During this time period he also worked as a facilitator at the 21st Century after-school program, and as a tutor, in addition to his role as an emotional support group leader for the Family Learning Center in Kennewick.
He completed his Bachelor's degree in political science in 2017, with minors in both psychology and educational policy. He values building strong communication skills in the youth, and harboring a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for all involved. Alex currently works as a reading specialist at Eastgate Elementary. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to electronic music, hiking, and coaching little league baseball.
Gayle Wilde - Tutor
Gayle grew up on the Olympic Peninsula and later attended high school in Wapato. She graduated from Western Washington University with a BA degree in sociology, and received her Master’s in behavioral science from City University. Gayle’s career has involved working in counseling and case management for several different agencies.
Gayle has resided in the Tri Cities for the last seven years after relocating to live near her daughter. She enjoys tutoring because she likes to see students fulfill their educational potential and achieve their goals. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her granddaughter and her grand-dogs, as well as walking on the river and other trails around the area. Reading and writing are also high on her list of things to do.
Andrew Boucher - Tutor
Andrew was born and raised on the east coast. After moving frequently for a time, he eventually relocated to Washington and is now settled here in Tri-Cities. Andrew was on the honors track throughout high school and graduated in 2022. He begins school at WSU in spring 2024 as he pursues his degree in computer science. Eventually he wishes to become a game developer for a company such as Nintendo post-graduation. In his leisure Andrew likes cooking, gaming, and relaxing with his friends.
Lindsey Abercrombie - Tutor
Lindsey has lived in the Portland Metro area for the past 9 years. Prior to that she lived in Colorado, and earlier, in California. She has spent the past 3 years working towards her Bachelor's degree in mathematics, and is projected to graduate in June of 2024. Though she has always had a soft spot in her heart for math, Lindsey has an even deeper passion for tutoring. Lindsey has been committed to channeling her wisdom tutoring various subjects since she was 15-years old, ranging from introductory English to math, including calculus! In her free time you can find Lindsey hanging out with her burrito-shaped chihuahua, her 5 cats, while listening to, or often playing music.
